How to order the cleaning service and what do we offer?

What is the difference between basic and deep celeaning?
Deep cleaning is more detailed. We focus more on the unreachable or hardly accessable surfaces.
How long in advance do I need to give notice of my cleaning needs?
The sooner the better. Our mission to complete the cleaning jobs within 1 week. In general the waiting time is 3-5 days. The orders within 24 hours can only be accepted in very exceptional circumstances.
How can I pay for the service?
Payments can be completed by bank transfer or online when you do the booking. Also we accept cash payments.
Do I have to stay on site during the cleaning service?
No. For the first time or in case of a one-time cleaning session, it is advisable to meet the cleaner on spot at the beginning of the session to agree on the exact cleaning tasks and procedure and also to take over the work in this way. In between the cleaner is able to work independently.
